Seasons Holidays - Timeshare Compensation Claims

Did you purchase a Keys Membership through Seasons Holidays? If so, you could be entitled to a full refund plus compensation. Seasons were misselling their Keys Membership as an investment, leading members to believe they were purchasing a fraction of a lodge or apartment that would be resold in 16 years.
Member signed 'leaseback' agreements on the understanding that they couldn't use the lodge and, as such, wouldn't be required to pay any maintenance fees. However, Seasons members are now learning that the fractional ownerships won't be resold and that maintenance fees will become compulsory at the end of the original contract term of 16 years.
Seasons Keys Members are being bombarded with phone calls from their head office in Bristol urging members to go for an update on their Keys Memberships. Unfortunately, once at the meeting, Seasons Keys members are learning that what they were initially promised isn't going to come to fruition. Instead, members are pressured to upgrade to another investment property or alternative Seasons Holiday Club.
