Spray Foam Insulation has affected thousands of people, many of whom are struggling to sell their houses, have decreased valuations, and, in some cases, need a new roof. Spray foam insulation formed part of the government's green home grant scheme, which offered up to two-thirds off the cost to increase homes' energy efficiency.
