Having had a number of timeshares for many years we decided it was time to dispose of them or surrender them. Our last one was proving very difficult as we could not get answers or help from the resort. My sister and brother-in-law owned the same timeshare as ourselves and very recently gave us the contact details for your organisation who had helped them complete their exit from ownership of their timeshare. Our first contact with the National Timeshare Helpline was on 30th March 2022. A telephone call was all that was required to get the ball rolling. Their information was clear and all forms easy to complete with only a signature required. There was very little effort from our side as they did everything for us. They dealt with any queries we had promptly and in a very easy and friendly manner. Their advice to us was not to communicate with the resort or take any cold calls.
