1. Contact the Timeshare Company that you own with.
In some cases, the Timeshare company that you own with, may cancel your Timeshare for FREE! Although, there are very few Timeshare Resorts that still offer this facility.
- Beware of the below key points when excepting a cancellation for your Timeshare company:
a) Do not sign a waiver that prevents you from making a claim.
b) Make sure that the Timeshare company is actually cancelling your Timeshare, not just pausing your Maintenance Fee obligations.
2. Pay The Timeshare Resort an Exit Fee
In an ongoing attempt to take as much money off you as possible. Your Timeshare Company may ask you to pay them a Timeshare Contract Cancellation Fee to absolve you from your Timeshare Ownership.
This fee may represent anywhere from two to five years maintenance fees, paid upfront, with any outstanding maintenance fees paid up to date.
