Timeshare Advice Centre

We receive over fifty calls weekly regarding the authenticity of timeshare claims companies. Most of these enquiries are due to potential victims receiving cold calls and being asked to make upfront payments with the promise of compensation.

Britsih consumers lose millions of pounds every year to cold calling scams. The most common cold calling scams are often well known to many consumer bodies, such as Age Concern.

Consumer data is illegally sold on the black market and constantly reused by the same companies that commit the criminal activity of Recovery Room Fraud.

The general rule of thumb when engaging a timeshare claims company is to do your own research and never pay upfront fees. If a company is genuine and you are eligible to make a timeshare claim, they'll be happy to take their fees if your claim is successful, and the money is in your account. FCA and SRA-regulated companies should all be happy to provide you with this service.

The timeshare industry itself is unregulated. As such, no official body will provide you with definitive advice. However, FCA and SRA-regulated companies have passed all the stringent regulatory checks and give consumers protection, where unregulated companies cannot. Therefore, paying for services once the requested service has been supplied is always the best way forward.

Unregulated 'timeshare consumer centres' advice is often biased. The company is either run or funded by the timeshare industry, which is responsible for your situation. Or by a marketing company looking to pass on your details to a scammer that will ask you to pay upfront fees. Either way, proceed cautiously and always follow these three rules.

1.Did they cold call you? If so, this is a red flag, do not proceed.
2.Is the company FCA or SRA regulated? You can check for yourself on the FCA and SRA registers.
3.Have they asked you to pay upfront fees? If so, this is a red flag, do not proceed.

If you think that you maybe eligible to make a Timeshare claim, get in touch. Our FCA regulated company, will take on your case without the payment of any upfront fees.
